The Christian Church Leadership Foundation was blessed by God to finish strong in its first year of operation, and we look forward to an even stronger year of ministry in 2021. Here are some highlights as we move into a new year of service.
Russell School of Ministry

The second cohort of students in the Russell School of Ministry began class earlier this month. Combining our new group of students with the first cohort of students who are continuing their studies and adding our students in the newly launched RSM site in Indianapolis, Indiana, our student body is approaching 40 students. With another location to be added soon and two additional cohorts to be added this year, we anticipate nearly 100 ministry students enrolled by the end of 2021.To learn more about RSM, go to https://rsministry.org/.
Christian Church Leadership Network
While the CCL Network continues to provide a variety of support services to local churches and their leaders, we want to focus here on a single initiative that is having a profound impact—a coaching/training series called “The Church Working Right.” David Vaughn (senior minister, Whitewater Crossing Christian Church in Cleves, Ohio) leads this endeavor along with CCL Network director Tim Wallingford. The churches and leaders that are currently engaged in “The Church Working Right” are discovering new ways to overcome common challenges that hinder health and growth.
